The Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) is pleased to announce that the registration for the 17th National Indian Nations Conference is now open! The conference is scheduled for December 6–9, 2022, at the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Reservation in Palm Springs, CA.
This conference will focus on the unique needs of American Indian and Alaska Native crime victims and provide training for victim service providers; law enforcement officials; prosecutors; judges; medical and mental health professionals; social workers; and victim advocates at the Tribal, federal, state, and local levels.
The conference is being planned as an in-person event but there is also a virtual participation/registration option available. Note: this conference has received DOJ approval so you may also book your travel – hotel information can be found here.
