The mission of the National Native Children’s Trauma Center (NNCTC) is to co-facilitate trauma-focused healing for Native children, families, and communities, with understanding, respect, and honoring of Tribal sovereignty, specific community needs, and the use of traditional healing practices. The purpose of this online learning event is to describe the various NNCTC offerings in the areas of:
- Universal trauma and healing
- Family driven system of care
- Child serving systems, such as the juvenile justice, child welfare, and school systems
- Unique technical assistance and consultation
